Role Highlights
As a Senior Estimator, you will:
Perform thorough reviews of plans and specifications to ensure precision and accuracy.
Prepare General Conditions and establish baseline schedules for each subcontractor or self-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, write, and execute all subcontract agreements with precision.
Relocate to or near Sacramento if not currently local.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and serve clients.
Thoroughly review and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring every detail aligns with constructibility standards.
Your Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, or architecture.
A degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (e.g., mechanical or civil engineering, construction tech, interior design, business administration) is preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Background in Division 9 (Framing or Drywall) is a significant plus.
Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Extensive experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods.
Proven track record with state/local projects like school libraries, DMVs, veterans homes, homeless shelters, parks, and research buildings is highly valued.
Compensation and Hours
Salary: 115-135K or DOE
Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday in Roseville, CA
