Client Details

Our client at Michael page is a well known general contractor that works in the Pacific Northwest. They provide many services throughout their construction process from preconstruction, design build, BIM 3D models, and working with stakeholders through collaborative project design. They work on all types of projects within the commercial space, they mainly specialize in remodels and tenant improvements offer full service construction. They work with building defects and provide remodeling and repairs services from commercial spaces to residential structures.

Description

  • Understand Conceptual Budgeting, Estimating and Project Procurement
  • Maintain positive job margin through project completion
  • Manage project team in collaboration with project superintendent
  • Estimation review and budget management
  • Heavy contract compliance
  • Drive, develop and cultivate long term relationships with Client, Architects and Subcontractors
  • Provide timely, transparent reporting
  • Partner with Project manager to keep project on or ahead of schedule

Profile

  • Construction Management, or relevant degree is required
  • 5+ yrs experience in construction management with relevant project history
  • Has experience doing commercial tenant improvements
  • Ability to demonstrate effective leadership methodologies, while maintaining a professional environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while leading meetings, delivering reports, submittals, maintaining sub lists, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, insurance, material procurement, logistics, as-builts and closeout.
