LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
We are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant with a background in corporate retail settings and a good grasp of change management methods. This role involves conducting effective capability and capacity planning, designing and implementing effective learning strategies, facilitating organizational change initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess learning needs and develop tailored learning strategies for our corporate retail environment.
Design and deliver engaging learning programs and materials.
Support organizational change initiatives by applying change management principles.
Partner with HR and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to promote a culture of learning and development.
Conduct capability and capacity planning assessments to ensure that the organization has the necessary resources and skills to support learning and development initiatives during periods of change.
Develop usage scenarios to illustrate how new processes, technologies, or systems will be utilized in the context of employees' daily tasks and responsibilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key stakeholders and establish clear communication channels to facilitate buy-in and engagement throughout the change process
