This, high-profile, exciting role will act as a key connection with Global and Business Unit marketing, resulting in measurable impact on revenue and pipelinePartnering with the commercial organization, the position will provide direct marketing support as well as collaborate on regional goal setting. This role will also work with the broader regional marketing team and Global Marketing on market dynamics, driving opportunities, customer requirements and sales pipeline needs. Offering a high flexible working environment and freedom to initiate innovative marketing programs to achieve personal development and visible resultsKey Responsibilities:As a valued member of the team, the responsibilities for this position are to build and develop the annual marketing strategy and plans, implement regional marketing programs and own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches for LS/MS, and the Omics and Clinical vertical market to drive demand generation, pipeline health, new contacts and empower the EMEA commercial team.This will involve collaborating and forming a close relationship with Business Unit Product Marketing, Divisional Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers across the globe and other global teams to implement and run digital-based nurturing programs, telemarketing campaigns, conduct and act-upon voice-of-customer and sales enablement initiatives amongst others to strengthen the lead and opportunity pipeline. In parallel, supervising program and campaign performance for return on investment and proactively taking steps to improve results where required and reporting accomplishments through regional marketing reports and reviews.We measure success through achievement of revenue, profitability and marketing metric targets, connection with the regional commercial teams and the sharing of standard methodologies and marketing innovation around the world. In addition, we place enormous value on being a strong standout colleague and chipping into team success whilst also conducting personal developmentMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Degree in life or physical sciences. Higher degree or marketing qualification an advantage5+ years of marketing or commercial experience. Experience in bridging customers, sales and marketing and advantageStrong technical understanding and background in ion chromatographyMarketing experience 5+ years in a scientific marketing role or marketing related degreeExcellent written and oral communication skills especially for large audiences (oral/written), problem solving, active listening skills, collaborative approach, leadership skills, ability to influence in a matrix settingProficiency in running multiple projects and demands and working with an agile marketing approachStrong initiative, problem-solving ability and sense of ownership when driving projects to completionInnovative and positive demeanorAbility to work independently/in a group setting/with little direction/without direct supervisionExperience with planning of multi-channel marketing campaigns and concept of customer-journeysPeople Management experience, is an advantage10-20% travelNon-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Knowledge of Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry marketMarketing or commercial experience 3+ years or marketing related educationStrong teammate#J-18808-Ljbffr
