Estimator / Project Manager: EPMMinimum 3-5 Years Experience Hardig Industrial Services is aggressively seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with strong experience and demonstrated leadership skills within the Dayton, OH region. The selected candidate is responsible for performing all activities associated with selling and managing projects to completion. The EPM leads their team and will be measured by customer satisfaction, installer engagement, product quality, and profitability. The EPM is empowered to make decisions in all facets of our clients, subcontractors, and vendor's interest. This position requires you to be a great communicator and problem-solving Leader. You should be self-motivated, influential and understand the dynamics of the Construction Epoxy and Flooring Industry. To qualify, you must have experience in this field. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS COMPENSATION :

If you're a top performer,

your experience will be compensated with a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 base plus a very aggressive performance bonus paid quarterly. BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision, your medical is 99% company paid (employee) 50% paid (family),401K with 4% match and an annual 401K contribution on top of the 4% match, quarterly bonus, sign on bonus, referral bonus, vacation days, and holiday pay. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES EPM reports to Executive Management Work collaboratively with Business Development, Project Managers, and the Field Superintendent to ensure bids, scope of work, materials and equipment for the best solution-based cost. Review plans and specifications to determine the scope of work for estimates. A clear understanding of mathematical equations, fractions, percentages Develop relationship building and expectation towards the customer and team members. Ordering materials and manpower scheduling, to maximize project efficiencies. Job startups are critical with sharing vital information, product selection, equipment needs, staffing and implementation. Speaking to the team daily for updates and conducting periodic site visits. Safety and Toolbox meetings should be at the forefront daily and implemented. Process all paperwork such as, Change Orders, Submittals, and close out documents on time. Organize, manage, and process all paperwork to ensure timely invoicing and payment. Develop a strategic sales pipeline to target a new audience. Hold all team members to the same standard of performance accountability. Review weekly pipeline sales and current project updates with management.
