Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee our organization's housing division operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and program development, property management, and supervision. Knowledge of Section 8, Weatherization, energy efficiency, and/or low-moderate income housing is highly desirable. Responsibilities Supervision of all specified program management staff under the Housing Division. Oversee budgeting and financial management processes for housing programs including Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), Weatherization, and rental properties. Search for property development grants and opportunities within the service area. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance services provided. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or public administration preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a social services organization. Knowledge of anti-poverty programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
