Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all partners in order to develop and retain existing business opportunities. Responsible for monitoring overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan from application to closing, including but not limited to credit counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers. Loan origination includes, but is not limited to the screening and obtaining of support documentation and submitting of loan applications for review and processing. Maintain knowledge of products and procedures. Demonstrates a working knowledge of secondary market guidelines and products as related to mortgage lending. Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities: 2 years of loan origination experience preferred. Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization. Exhibits a high degree of professionalism. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Excellent follow-through and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Must exhibit good business acumen. Ability to multi-task and solve problems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Must possess a can-do customer-service attitude/philosophy. Qualifications Education Required High School or better. Experience Preferred 2 years of loan origination experience preferred.
