Provides management with trending reports, metrics, supporting sales leadership and remains current on mortgage regulations. Essential Functions, in Priority Order(Majority of duties, but not meant to be all inclusive or prevent other duties from being assigned as necessary) + Oversee New Loan Submissions of all first mortgage loans and manage the process of the loan processing team with a focus on quality, training, and workflow efficiencies. Perform effective coaching, cross training, performance evaluation and recognition of staff. Create a positive, effective work environment conducive of open communications and collaborative problem-solving with Sales and Mortgage Ops department.Time40% + Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives that results in operational efficiencies, implementation of best practices, and consistent achievement of high service standards. Working Conditions(Typical working conditions associated with this type of work and environmental hazards, if any, that may be encountered in performing the duties of this position) Internal- Work is normally performed in climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited.
