Responsibilities:
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values the Radiology Technologist I performs Radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for specific radiographic procedures as required.

Qualifications:

  • Less than 6 months experience as Radiologic Technologist.
  • Must have basic working knowledge of all diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Must also know departmental protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members physicians and the patient population.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Be a functional team member in a team oriented environment. ARRT CRT and BLS certification required.
  • Fluoroscopy Permit required within 6 months of hire.
