Job Summary

Dignity Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team. As an Ultrasound Tech I, you will perform diagnostic medical sonographic procedures at a technical level, requiring independent judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic medical sonographic procedures, utilizing your knowledge of general and cross-sectional anatomy, as well as physiology.
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in ultrasound procedures, both diagnostic and interventional.
• Collaborate with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure effective communication and patient care.
• Work independently and as a functional team member in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Less than one year experience in Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Color Doppler, and Neurosonography.
• BLS Certification.
• ARDMS certified and CPR certification required.
