Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program, at the program and in their family homes. Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to approximately 6 youth by coordinating team meetings, arranging appointments, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth/family. Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication Provide training to Residential Counselors on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements. Participate as a member of the team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu Participate in being on-call for after-hours client/program emergencies Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Supervisor Performs Follow Along with Clinical Services, in coordination with staff when applicable to program type. Minimum Qualifications: Master's level Licensed Clinician Licensed eligible with experience working as a clinician with families, considered to apply Must have at least three years of experience as a licensed clinician, as well as experience administering the CANS Experience and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations in a community-based setting using a family-centered, strength based approach requiredBilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) The Gándara Mental Health Center provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
