As a Product Change Control Manager you will drive and monitor the Automated People Mover (APM) vehicle change control process and associated scope of activities and deliverables related to the CCT part of Configuration and Change Control Management team. This will include insuring the CCT processes for the APM Vehicle products follow with conformity the rules defined for the various APM platform vehicles. This position will also be responsible for developing and refining the CCT processes as they relate to APMs. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Proposing continuous improvement on new ideas and ways about methods, processes and standards in order to achieve or improve performance objectives Coordinating and Leading a team of professionals, team leads and/or supervisors engaged in specific tasks related to CCT Ensuring the related standards, tools, procedures, instructions, templates, etc. are properly maintained, regulated and applied by team members Supporting customer meetings, gate reviews and core team meetings in support of the various product/project teams as necessary Managing the development of the site PrCCCs to ensure the adequacy vs workload vs skills and the transfer of activities if needed Applying Configuration and Change Control standards, procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them Planning, implementing, and driving the CCT process within the APM Vehicle product engineer team and represents for CCT in project and site meetings

To be successful, you will work to ensure that the changes to the product are being implemented properly, and are aligned to our designated KPI's for the project. You will work to deliver strong reporting to leadership for effective decision making. Additionally, your work will include leading and influencing numerous teams in the project, and your skills in collaboration will be tested.

Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of Configuration and/or Change Control experience

Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of the Alstom Change Control Tool and related activities Ability to interact with personnel from various APM groups Deep Understanding of Configuration & Change Management Leadership skills for conducting the CCT related meetings Knowledge of railway products, systems and components, especially as related to APMs Excellent attention to detail

Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar is required Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
