The Roof Doctor LLC is currently seeking a Production Manager to join their growing team. This crucial role plays a key part in fulfilling the promises made to clients, as the company's brand and financial performance depend on the successful execution of the responsibilities associated with this position. As the primary liaison between clients and production teams, the Production Manager is tasked with overseeing numerous moving parts essential for delivering exceptional final products and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must possess a strong track record of meeting and exceeding annual revenue goals while maintaining a minimum gross profit margin on all projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in delegating production assignments to appropriate crews and personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.

  • You will be responsible for placing production and material orders, coordinating schedules for crews and clients, and overseeing adherence to all safety policies and procedures. It is essential to keep detailed records of labor and material costs for each project to ensure profitability and efficiency in operations.
  • The Production Manager will play a crucial role in recruiting and hiring employees and subcontractors. Building and maintaining a skilled and reliable team is vital to the success of The Roof Doctor LLC, and the Production Manager will be tasked with identifying and onboarding top talent in the industry.

​Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the roofing industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges during production
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and inspire production teams to achieve goals
  • A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow
  • Calm, positive, and have a solution-oriented attitude

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in residential roofing with a primary focus on re-roofing
  • 4+ years of management experience (more than 10 employees)
  • Technical knowledge of residential roofing systems and manufacturer warranty requirements
  • Previous experience in construction project management or other related fields
  • Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic computer software experience including the use of a CRM
  • Ability to lift 80lbs
