We are currently looking for a qualified Quality Inspector to inspect parts, assemblies and finished products according to drawings. Ensures quality finished product is shipped to the customer by ensuring quality checks are complete, accurate and signed-off. Final release of every Helix build. Ensure only complete routers are turned into the quality assurance team.

  • Performs a wide variety of mechanical inspections on parts and assemblies.
  • Follows general inspection guidelines to conduct visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a variety of components and assemblies.
  • Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspection of parts and assemblies
Requirements
  • 1 year + experience in manufacturing environments including welding, metal manufacturing or equivalent required
  • Experience in quality systems (inspections, audits, use of measurement tools) required
  • Experience with Class II Medical device inspections a plus
  • Intermediate level computer skills required
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively train/coach others
  • Time management

  • Detail oriented
  • Blue print understanding
  • 6+ months in Helix preferred
  • Intermediate level computer skills required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
