Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst at DanceOne you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights, and contributing to the company's financial success. This position requires an analytical thinker with strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning And Analysis (FP&A):

Lead the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance. Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and assumptions for forecasting.

Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making. Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of various business strategies. Provide recommendations based on financial modeling and analysis.

Management Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Create executive-level presentations to communicate financial results and trends. Identify key performance indicators and contribute to the development of performance metrics.

Forecasting And Budgeting:

Assist in the development of long-range strategic plans and financial projections. Analyze and report on budget variances, providing insights into areas of improvement. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

Financial Analysis And Decision Support:

Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate the financial implications of business initiatives and investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize financial processes.

Ad Hoc Analysis And Projects:

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management. Participate in special projects to support the overall financial objectives of the company.Qualifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of business experience in accounting or financial analysis role, working knowledge of GAAP, experience with SAP and solid proficiency in other MS applications. Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in a Fortune 500 or large multinational corporation. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Physical, Community & Environment:

Physical requirements of this position include but are not limited to computer screen time, sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs. unassisted, fine motor skills, visual and hearing abilities. Keyboarding and screen time, use of general office equipment. Our work environment is contemporary with indoor work, sharing work areas with others.
