Position: ( Senior) Marketing Operations Manager

Reports to: Senior Vice President, Managing Director (US)

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all critical marketing for the US, including customer launches across retail and foodservice.

Job Description:

• Lead the launch strategy and execution for new partners across retail and foodservice

• Support brokers and internal team pre-launch with new account set up, promo planning, budgeting, and marketing proposals

• Grow and maintain TiNDLE presence on shelf through shopper marketing programs with retailers and owned digital programs

• Collaborate with external and internal design teams on needs for campaigns with retailers, restaurants, and influencers

• Connect regional and global consumer marketing campaign opportunities with key customers in market

• Plan and manage foodservice and retail distributor marketing programs and promotion schedules

• Lead planning and execution for key marketing events, such as NRA and Expo West, as well as distributor tradeshows

• Support new product launches and packaging changes by briefing creative needs to design teams and executing SKU set up across distributors and customers, including GS1, OneWorldSync, etc.

• Review sales data (spins, IRI, etc) as well as internal sales reporting from distributors in order to draw conclusions on performance, present learnings for retailers, and inform new product development

What you bring:

• Passionate about our mission and excited to be part of a food revolution

• Experienced CPG retail or trade marketer (5+ years) with understanding of marketing programs and promotion planning; Ideal candidate also has some experience or knowledge with foodservice marketing

• Attention to detail and experience managing projects or programs from beginning to end

• Organized, structured, able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

• Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and ownership mindset

• Experience working in (or strong desire to work in) a fast paced, start up environment with a small team in a remote set up across time zones

• Willing to travel (~10%)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in Marketing Management and Business Operations within the US, (preferred FMCG, Food & Beverage) outside of US (other markets) are a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
