Purpose Manages project activities including developing, implementing, tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and providing periodic evaluations and reports for projects that are generally small in scope. Responsibilities Functional Area 1: Project Management 55% effort Manages project portfolios in line with business strategies and project management standards. Conduces stakeholder meetings, schedules, and coordinates project activities. Manages project quality control and assurance. Manages and supervises the project team. Coordinates project resources with resource holders and other project managers. Manages projects where problems and solutions are generally defined and easily achievable. Functional Area 2: Contract Management 40% effortEstablishes goals for project delivery. Applies current best practices in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and project lifecycle. Provides input on designated budgets, usually with a minor impact on financial revenue and expenses. Functional Area 3: Other 5% effortPerforms other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field. Three (3) years of related experience. Additional experience or education may substitute for minimum requirements: High School Diploma / GED and seven (7) years of related experience. Associate degree and five (5) years of related experience. Masters degree and one (1) year of related experience. Preferred Qualifications Degree in construction project management. Experience in construction project management. Salary Up to $4,833.34 monthly (approximately $58,000 annually).
