Associate Director of Admissions

Vaco is looking for an Associate Director of Admissions
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degreeor Associate's degree with relevant experience
Five years of supervisory experience in the Admissions Department
At least fiveyears of experience in Admissions for a college
Duties and responsibilities:
Provides direction and management for the admissions staff.
Ensures that enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented effectively across the department.
Serve as a liaison to internal college units, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Oversees the management and operations of the admissions, enrollment and orientation services.
Assist the Director in developing, coordinating, and implementing recruitment programs targeting underrepresented populations, business and industry personnel.
Analyzes statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcome.
Establish measurable goals and objectives for the admissions organization and collaborates with the Admissions Director in hiring, mentoring, and holding admissions team accountable for meeting goals and expectations.
Assist the Admissions Director in recruiting, training, developing and managing staff to achieve increased sales, leads, and business results.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
