Asset Management Analyst

Starting at $50,300 DOE + Bonus Potential Kum & Go/Maverik is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our Real Estate team. This role will manage all asset leases such as renewing leases in a timely manner and evaluating lease terms. The Asset Management Analyst will also provide tenant and landlord relations on a daily basis including negotiating and finalizing lease negotiations both as a landlord and a tenant.
