About the Role: This individual will oversee KUB’s Records Management Team, which includes responsibility for an on-site physical records center, coordination with IT staff to manage electronic records, and interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization regarding proper management of records. This position is responsible for management of the KUB Records Retention schedule, in addition to providing training at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities will also include aspects of implementation strategy, project management, and change management, in addition to coordinating work and appraising the performance of a team supporting various functions of the Information Services Department. Physical Requirements: Primarily Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, primarily records boxes. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking, standing for brief periods of time, and occasional bending and stooping. Physical demands for a specific position within this classification may vary and / or exceed those demands described above.
