Location: Uniontown, OH
Duration: 3 months Project (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)
Shift/Time Zone: Day Shift/ EST - Between 6a-6p.

Pay Range: $20.25 $22.00 on W2

Job Description:

Responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Responsible in providing coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles.

Must ensure that daily activities of the Patient Service Centre/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy are completed accurately and on time.

Required to act as a coach, mentor, instructor, resource advisor for new employees and provide effective onboarding services to new clients.

Act as point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor.

Must be capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
