Senior Employee Programs Coordinator

What You'll Do:
- Employee Programs
- Oversee and drive employee programs and initiatives, managing all aspects from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-event analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize effectiveness, sustainability, and employee participation in programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously innovate employee program strategies and increase employee programs engagement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for program-related inquiries, ensuring clarity, consistency, and responsiveness.
- Partner with leadership and HR management to introduce new programs that address emerging employee needs and align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Program & Budget Management
- Oversee program budgets, including the management of GLs related to programs activities and events.
- Manage the ordering and distribution of company store merchandise and the clothing allowance for employees.
- Track expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines, reporting on financial performance related to employee program initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Develop and deliver engaging internal communications to promote awareness of programs and benefits.
- Act as a key collaborator across departments to support initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align with organizational goals.
- Partner with the Vice President of HR & Learning Development to align program strategies and engagement with broader organizational priorities.

What You Need To Succeed:
- Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or marketing. If no degree, 5 years equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
- 3 years professional experience developing, leading, and/or managing employee-centered programs and services.
- 4 years of experience in marketing or communications role.
- Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Program Management: Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute employee program initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Data Analysis & Feedback Tools: Proficient in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other tools to inform decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Change Management: Ability to manage and adapt to change, ensuring smooth implementation of engagement programs and initiatives.
- Cultural Competency & Diversity: Understanding of cultural dynamics and the ability to create programs that are inclusive and meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess program effectiveness and act based on employee feedback and business needs.
