Senior Marketing Analyst

Danone North America is building a stand-alone structure for our Premium Organic Dairy business operations (PD+). The following role is intended to support that business as a ground floor opportunity supporting these exciting brands in a new context. About The Job

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst You will be a key member of the Brand team, adapting to new environments and teams and has a passion to work on brands that will bring positive impacts to the world.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.

I n this role, you will be responsible for

Analyzing and synthesizing consumer and customer data, identifying key trends to build recommendations through strong storytelling for brand growth (leveraging syndicated data, shipment reports, consumer data, market research, etc.) with guidance and input from Brand team. Managing brand budgets and payments, including accurately tracking and reporting brand A&P spending, conducting ad-hoc analysis of budget risks & opportunities (R&O), ensuring cross functional communication related to budget process (working with Finance, Integrated Marketing, external agencies, etc.), and creation and management or purchase orders Leading cross functional teams on specific projects - i.e. packaging changes, sales material development

This Position falls under Danone’s strategic portfolio review, which includes the potential sale of the Horizon Organic and Wallaby brands. An employee who accepts this role agrees to transition to a new employer in the event of a sale.

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000/year commensurate with experience.

There is also an exciting Success Bonus opportunity related to this role.

About You

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Analytics, Sales) or related field required 1-2 years related work experience, CPG preferred, but at least 1 relevant marketing internship required, CPG preferred Strong data analysis capabilities, synthesis, and storytelling skills (high level of expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint) Flexibility and the ability to work well through ambiguity Budget management experience, preferred Strong computer skills and be detail oriented High energy and drive to succeed while working independently Naturally curious with a passion for executing with excellence
