As the Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing business planning processes, optimizing cost structures, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. This leadership position has high visibility to the executive leadership team and offers rapid career progression with a path to Director in the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business plans, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals. Drive continuous improvement in cost accounting methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and market trends. Develop, review and present monthly reporting presentations to executive leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred. 8+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience, with a focus on manufacturing and cost accounting. Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. Technical experience with ERP systems (One Stream and Oracle preferred), with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
