Job Function As the Senior Manager, Commercial Finance for the Advanced Materials business unit at Vibrantz Technologies, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to drive business performance and profitability. You will partner closely with senior executives, sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute financial strategies that support the achievement of our business objectives. Responsibilities: Business partner to VP of Finance and Commercial to drive performance, strategic initiatives, and support decisions to achieve key business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities. Lead Commercial Strategic Planning, budget, forecast, and estimate cycles, and ensure alignment with operational performance. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to conduct pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive bench marking that maximize profitability. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment between financial goals and operational execution. Preparing timely and detailed reports on financial performance during weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles Evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives. Communicating key financial insights and high-level recommendations to facilitate efficient company scaling. Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, conduct financial modeling/analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Establish and maintain robust financial reporting processes to track business performance against targets and objectives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage direct report, ensure alignment with organizational goals. Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth, and development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology industry. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Must be able to support the establishment of a positive, can do, continuous improvement culture, eager to learn, grow, develop talent, and take on new challenges. Proven track record of driving business results through strategic financial planning and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications a plus.
