Key ResponsibilitiesOperate twin axis lathe- Omni Turn.Load fixture in machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part specific operations which would be noted on job router.Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements, document measurements on inspection documents. Seek supervisory help if machine fails, measurements get completely outside limits.Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseCNC machining experience, preferably with Turn MillAerospace Industry experienceAbility to read GD&T CodeAbility to use all measuring toolsBenefits401(k) with company match of 100% up to 6% of your check.
