Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in large-scale engineering design projects within power generation, heavy industrial facilities, and emerging data center infrastructure. This role requires proven ability to manage projects with $5M+ in engineering fees or $100M+ in total installed cost, ensuring successful delivery from concept through execution. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams Build strong client relationships in energy, industrial, and technology sectors Drive project execution with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency Key Responsibilities Project Leadership o Manage all phases of projects in power generation plants, heavy industrial facilities, and data centers o Develop and execute project plans, scope of services, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies Scope & Deliverables o Define and document scope of work aligned with industry-specific requirements (e. g., electrical systems, mechanical installations, cooling infrastructure) o Review and manage all engineering deliverables (drawings, reports, site assessments) Financial Management o Develop and track project costs, ensuring alignment with multi-million-dollar engineering budgets o Secure purchase orders and ensure services are delivered within approved budgets o Oversee invoicing and payment processes Client Engagement o Understand project success criteria and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded o Identify and communicate changes to scope of work o Build trust by delivering value and adhering to client policies and procedures Team & Resource Management o Secure and allocate resources needed for effective execution (specialized engineers, site visits, technical studies) o Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability Business Development o Anticipate future work opportunities derived from ongoing projects o Position the firm as a trusted partner in energy, industrial, and data center markets We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
