Responsibilities:
- Prepare period-end accruals and journal entries (13 period accounting experience a plus).
- Own It by consistently handling sales & use tax monthly filing for 6+ states.
- Bank reconciliations and cash management.
- Manage accounts receivables and customer deposits.
- Oversight of inventory management and margin analysis.
- Workpaper preparation and external audit readiness, this is a great opportunity to show your Excellence.
- General Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Compiling financial statements and performing variance analytics.
- Heavy involvement with budgets and reforecasting, partnering with Department leaders.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Fixed Asset and depreciation management.

- Collaborate with fellow accounting team members on other special projects and system implementations and treating them with Respect.
- In-venue audits as needed.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years' experience.
- Show Excellence with strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail with exceptional analytical skills.
- Proven process improvement initiative and execution.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines. Own It.
- Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment while showing Respect.
- Comfortable working remotely and staying virtually connected with teammates.
