Patient Services Representative

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Service Representative (also known as Admitting clerk or Registration). In this role, you'll be the face of our hospital services, providing top-notch customer service to our patients and visitors. You'll handle patient registration, explain financial requirements, verify insurance, and ensure compliance with safety codes and standards. You'll also need good vision, hearing, and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
