Senior Sales Executive

Our client, a leader in paper and cellulose production, is on the lookout for a Sales Consultant with a background in the pulp and paper sector to join their collaborative team. You will be able to contribute to multidisciplinary projects and deliver against targets to improve the overall North American operation. He/She will be part of an international team that pursues better results day after day, while feeling psychologically safe in our work environment. We expect an open mindset, a team player mentality and competitive spirit as they tackle the market challenges of today and prepare theirselves for tomorrow.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?- Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial spirit- Results-driven and problem-solving attitude; accountable- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills- Fluent English; Spanish would be considered a plus- Potential to grow in the organization- Efficient with Microsoft Office suite- Not eligible for Expatriation (only for employees based in the United States)- Availability to travel- Minimum five years of strategy and/or sales experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the pulp and paper sectorWHO INSPIRES US?- Professionals who share our values- Customer focused people with the ability to communicate effectively- People who are driven and able to take the initiative- People who are truly passionate about business development and transformation- Professionals who can develop their role in a collaborative-working environment, bridging the customers' and the company's needsWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in strategic and target customers- As a Sales Consultant, you will be working alongside a Senior and Experienced Sales Team to deliver a consistent sales performance, being the reference for the leadership team- Support the sales organization to improve processes and structure management dashboards to track sales performance, enabling a better customer experience- Present business development plans to achieve targets with new and existing customers- Be an important part of one of the main strategic projects of the company, bridging The Company's and the customers' long-term targets- Be part and guarantee good relationship between sales team and others, bridging the sales organization with internal stakeholders such as operations, technical and management, to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations- Coordinate Sales Meetings with strategic and target accounts to increase brand awareness, brand equity, competitive advantages and market intelligence- Work proactively to find synergies and/or cost reduction opportunities with key accounts- Provide market intelligence from the customers to improve The Company's knowledge of the customers- Perform proactive analysis to assure the profitability targets and goals
