Description: Position Summary Reviews are assigned and conducted by month Each QA reviewer is assigned ~4-6 reviews (applications) each month Reviews consist of set of application controls compared to evidence provided by the application manager for their specific application Once review is complete, QA reviewer discusses any findings with application manager Attend team meeting 2x weekly to discuss progress and address questions (held in the morning to accommodate global team) As time permits, may also be asked to conduct additional analysis based on findings and trendsRequired (hard) skills/experience: 2-4+ years of risk, controls or quality assurance experience MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environmentPreferred skills/experience: Demonstrated subject matter knowledge in technology and/or information security processes is preferred (access, segregation of duties, resiliency planning, code scanning, etc.) Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations Proven time management and organizational skills Demonstrates accountability and ownership & understanding of the importance of business ethicsOther: Required educational background or certification-Bachelor's degreeAs an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
