Serves as the primary contact for a high volume of daily interactions with clients, handling inquiries, providing quotes, and scheduling meetings. Standardizes best practices for activities like client onboarding and investment monitoring. Manages trading activities, alternative investments, and foreign accounts. Participates in client meetings with Financial Advisors. Assists in budgeting and expense tracking. Generates reports to enhance practice efficiency and performance. Onboards new clients, opens accounts, and ensures compliance with industry regulations. Engages in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry policies. Acts as a mentor to junior team members and contributes to team efficiency. Performs other assigned duties. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of

Company’s structure, policies, and investment concepts. Office practices, financial markets, and trading terminology. Skill in Client Relationship Management software, Excel, and effective communication. Ability to Operate office equipment, manage tasks effectively, analyze information, and provide excellent customer service. Handle stressful situations, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and in a team. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

High School Diploma and five years of financial services experience. OR An equivalent combination of experience and education approved by Human Resources. Licenses/Certifications

SIE, Series 7, Series 63, 65, or 66 as required. Ability to obtain additional securities and advisory state registrations.
