•Develop and implement control system for material master and production order data Purpose
•The Data Analyst is responsible for creation of SAP material master data, Production order creation, and the accuracy and integrity of all Production order postings-consumptions, good receipts and timekeeping Areas of responsibility
Production Order Management
•Creation and change management for all SAP production orders & rework orders.
•Develop, maintain and implement training program for production operators for production order postings.
•Responsible for daily analysis of all posting to production orders to check for accuracy.
•Collaborates with production leadership when abnormalities/variances are found to identify root cause and correct issues.
•Reports all abnormalities to Supply Chain team and Finance team as well to ensure these are considered in decision making until corrections can be made.
•Informs Quality if batch traceability is affected by identified errors
•For complex corrections, he/she shall make such adjustments themselves to ensure accuracy and timely correction.
•Ensures all abnormalities are corrected prior to month end to avoid misleading manufacturing variances
•Establishes re-training and troubleshooting techniques to eradicate repetitive errors
•Attends monthly manufacturing variance meeting to address production order identified variances.

SAP Production Material Master data
•Creates and maintains data in material masters for production material
•Creates and maintains BOM's and routings for production material
•Collaborates with Product Engineer to ensure accuracy of master data and to ensure Production standards are maintained (rates, fixed scrap, etc)
•Reviews material costing accuracy and adjusts when needed , then submits to Controlling for final costing

Scrap Management
•Maintains Plant scrap log to ensure accuracy of scrap tags and as a control for scrap vendor activity
•Posts all scrap movements within SAP as needed.
•Identifies discrepancies and Reconciles all settlement activity with scrap vendor
•Alerts Finance of any discrepancies identified
•Creates and submits reports to Plant and SLS level Finance teams
•Communicates regularly with MHO for all NF metal scrap postings
•Key Interfaces

Expected results
•Takes control as Owner of full Master Data process while working with Technical and Supply Chain teams to ensure accuracy and alignment within Project Scope
•Manages plant scrap processing and is aligned with activities conducted on the plant shop floor
•Actively monitors and communicates production order performance
•Identifies and leads initiative to correct production order errors with support of production
•Provides SAP training as needed to production supervisors and operators Position sizing
•2022 Sales Budget : $173M USD Requested Competencies and Qualification •Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in business or Supply Chain Management or a combination of education and 5-7 years of work-related experience equivalent to a four-year college degree. •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, Outlook) •General knowledge of financial reporting •Experience in change management & process improvement activities. •Ability to work cross functionally & lead initiatives with diverse teams •1-2 years experience in SAP MM & PP modules required.
