We are looking to hire a key member of our Corporate Customer Service team at our Jacksonville, FL location.

The Customer Service Representative/Customer Fulfillment Representative coordinates customer requests and is primary contact for the placement and fulfillment of sales orders, serves as the first point of contact for customers in the order-to-cash (OTC) process, and assists with distribution of daily and month end reports.

****Key Responsibilities****

* Function as primary customer contact for the placement and fulfillment of sales orders.

* Responsible for daily interaction and customer inquiries.

* Daily monitoring of product shipments to ensure on time delivery and work with logistics and plants to resolve delivery issues.

* Communicate any adjustments to internal and external customers/partners.

* Thorough knowledge of the Companys customers, products and services.

* Work with customers and account managers to develop relationships that can improve service and increase customer retention.

* Bridge the gap between what the customer expects and what the organization can realistically provide through effective communications, and by facilitating resolution of issues with plants, distributors/agents, logistics and sales management.

* Review invoices for accuracy.

* Gain understanding of certain Logistics intricacies to be able to provide the best service possible to assigned customers.

****Required Skills****

* 1-2 Years Customer Service or equivalent business experience.

* MS office user

* Basic understanding of SAP, CRM and other relevant tools preferred.

* Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment.

* Organizes thoughts with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner.

* Recognizes problems and seeks input from others to systematically gather. Information. Makes routine decisions.

* Escalates/ hands off issues, which cannot be handled independently.

* Acts as a team member to support all Customer Service/ Supply Chain goals with support from more experienced Customer Service/ Supply Chain ream members.

* Actively contributes in team meetings and activities.

****Education, Certifications & Licenses****

* Bachelors degree from accredited university, college or business school or equivalent work experience
