Residential Property Manager

As the Residential Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and driving operational success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day property operations.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy levels.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
