Under general supervision, this position is responsible for building and maintaining accurate product listings on our retail websites. Will be Involved in the life cycle of all Pyramyd Air Products. Essential Duties :

  • Provide support to purchasing/product development activities and key projects in the following areas:
    • Manage new product page information and activations for our websites using manufacturer/supplier websites and documents
    • Verify that accurate product information and features are applied to all products on our website
    • Coordinate with editorial team in preparing new product listings
    • Add and maintain accurate product information to existing product listings needed
    • Maintain and improve upon existing product templates
  • Ensure correct prices are published for products in all distribution channels in all cases where prices are managed manually and not through automated systems
  • Address any discrepancies between UPCs published online and actual codes
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams regarding new brands and products, highlighting key features and market comparisons
  • Provide ongoing support to marketing by reviewing emails before they are sent to ensure correct selling features are highlighted and communicated correctly
  • Submit IT tickets as needed and follow-up that they are resolved
Requirements
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education:

Bachelor or Associates degree in business or project management is preferred.

Experience:
Prior experience in the outdoor, airgun, firearm, and/or archery industry preferred. Knowledge of Pyramyd Air Products/Product categories, either from personal experience or prior work experience is also preferred.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong technical skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, inventory and order processing systems and database management.
