Wellness Center Associate

Position: Part-Time (Up to 15 hours a week, 1-2 shifts)

We are dedicated to integrating ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern wellness practices to enhance the health and well-being of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and professional Wellness Center Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role Responsibilities:
- Client Reception: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
- Laundry Management: Ensure a continuous supply of fresh laundry for therapy sessions.
- Herbal Preparation: Assist in crafting herbal prescriptions and preparing for therapy sessions.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage client appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
- Client Communications: Handle client communications with clarity and attentiveness.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate client records using Square software.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the center clean and organized.
- POS Management: Efficiently handle POS software and transactions.
- Ayurvedic Product Knowledge: Learn about Ayurvedic products and guide clients on their benefits.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory counts and system entries.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in in-house and external promotional activities.
- Adaptability: Step into various roles as needed to support the center's operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
- Learning Ability: Proactive in learning about our offerings and educating clients.
