Overview : Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with expertise in the supply chain replenishment space and a strong background in AI algorithms. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of product strategies to optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of supply chain replenishment using advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for supply chain replenishment, aligning with business goals and market trends. AI Algorithm Integration: Lead the integration of AI algorithms into supply chain replenishment processes, leveraging machine learning techniques to optimize inventory levels, forecast demand accurately, and streamline supply chain operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development efforts. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in supply chain replenishment in designated markets. Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives, and communicate the roadmap effectively to stakeholders. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of supply chain replenishment products, and track performance against targets to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications:

Strong understanding of supply chain replenishment processes, including inventory management and demand forecasting Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in supply chain replenishment.
