Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in computer systems, business processes, or related fields is required. You should have over 8 years of experience in product management, process engineering, and emerging technologies. A minimum of 4 years managing business stakeholder relationships and analyzing requirements to deliver technology solutions is essential. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams of product managers and process engineers. Familiarity with Merchandising Capabilities is essential. Experience with Agile Methodology and relevant Product Management certifications is preferred. A strong background in merchandising within an omni-channel global organization is required, along with significant experience in leading Digital Products related to Price, Cost, Space, and Assortment. You must demonstrate sound business judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. A strategic and tactical mindset is necessary.
