Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when return specialist is not available. Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts. Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise. Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales. Follows performance standard as written. Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise. Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customer in carrying out larger items to their vehicle. Answers customer's questions and offers assistance or direction. Cleans shelves, counters, and displays. Greets customers when they enter the store, and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store. Thank customers for their business. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months customer service or sales-related experience and/or training preferred. Pre-employment process: Able to pass a drug test and criminal background check (including pending cases). This position is a great starting point for anyone looking for a rewarding career in Retail.
