We are seeking an energetic, skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and technology. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in CNC operations, CNC setup, CNC milling, Mill, and Mastercam.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics to execute operations accurately.
3. Using Mastercam software to program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
4. Performing regular maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment to ensure effective operation.
5. Monitoring and adjusting machine feed and speed, changing cutting tools as needed.
6. Checking finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues promptly and effectively.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
9. Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
10. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in CNC technologies and applying new knowledge to daily tasks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related role.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including setup and milling.
3. Experience with Mastercam software.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
8. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
9. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree from a vocational school or a completed apprenticeship is preferred.
