**Schedule:**

Duties and Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

* Welcome Attendant must stand and greet everyone that approaches the visitor lane seeking access to the property, in a friendly and professional manner. It is important that all attendants greet all residents returning home via the resident lane.

* Welcome Attendant is to provide informational assistance as required. Knowledge of locations throughout the property in order to properly direct traffic within the community.

* Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations that are noticed at any time.

* Will keep the gatehouse clean at all times.

* Welcome Attendant will ensure that only **Authorized Personnel** is allowed access into the community.

* Welcome Attendant will always use proper telephone etiquette when speaking or answering the telephone. Greet ALL callers with **Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening. Thank you for calling Mountain Fall. This is (your name), how may I assist you.** This script must be adhered to without exception.

* Welcome Attendant will report all building deficiencies to Management Office and the Front Desk personnel such as: Any water leaks regardless of the size and severity, fire alarm violations, audible or silent, malfunctioning of equipment. An Incident report or work order to note any deficiencies observed. Incident report should be submitted to the Mountain Falls Management office immediately

* Welcome Attendant will also need to read electric meters and lockup the Clubhouse and Lower Pool at the end of the shifts

* Welcome Attendant will need to help flow of traffic for all events and/or motorcoach setups.

* Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations that are noticed at any time.

* Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations and report all incidents to management.

* Will need to pick up trash between 7 pm 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Work Environment

This position is often located away from the management office and may be located in a small structure. The working environment maybe indoors or outdoors.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time/full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will be determine by the property. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.

Required Education and Experience

* A positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse population.

* High school diploma or GED.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Detail-oriented and dependable.

Position Supervision

Employee reports directly to the Property Manager.

Schedule

Sat Sunday, Monday-Tuesday 11pm-730am - OFF WED, THURS, FRIDAY
