Description

Learning Opportunity:

Intern will work alongside the A&R Coordinator to learn the ins and outs of an A&R team. Intern will be immersed in team meetings, work on different projects and do research on current worship trends.

Internship Description:

The A&R Intern will observe and assist the tasks of the A&R Coordinator who provides administrative support to the A&R team and VP Label Group.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they serve as the primary liaison between the operations and A&R teams to ensure timely releases, being intentional about impact on revenue generation/profitability.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they provide coordinated support to the VP Label Group, A&R team and Visual Communications, setting meetings, following up Asana tasks, etc.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they Collaborate with the publishing team to develop and maintain an accurate repository in Songspace for artist and project song deliverables.

Maintain a database of all writers and artists contact information with appropriate details.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they check that new, artist-created songs and their details are catalogued within company platforms.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they check that new, artist-created songs and their details are catalogued within company platforms.

Observe and assist the A&R Coordinator as they create lists of forecasted releases and gather key project details.

Observe and assist the Marketing Coordinator and PR/Content Marketing Coordinator with duties as it refers to front list releases.

Research current worship trends and CCLI top lists using a given format.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Including learning and assisting other departments tasks and responsibilities: A&R department and Marketing, Music Publishing, Visual Communications, Operations and Digital Business, supporting and adhering to company systems that ensure a smooth workflow and efficient outcomes.as assigned.
