**Job Summary** **:**

The eCommerce Merchandisers function is both detail-intensive and wide in scope, requiring among other capabilities, the capacity to work cross functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service and Third-Party Vendors to achieve the annual E-Commerce Sales Goals and Metrics.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage web analytics/KPIs: Product Conversion, Category conversion, Average order value, and Sales additional metrics.

* Manage and maintain the buy cycle and replenishment of inventory to adequately stock: Amazon FBA facilities, 3 party facilities, and our internal distribution center to achieve divisional sales plans and objectives.

* Recommend eCommerce merchandise assortments by category and continually evaluate, analyze, and adjust assortments based on performance and sales trends.

* Input for the development of Merchandise strategies for the coming season(s), based on eCommerce analysis.

* Identify opportunities to increase conversion and average order value.

* Assist with planning collections of product to drive sales in close cooperation with the Merchandising team

* Analyze, forecast and interpret (online) market and consumer trends

* Build and coordinate the monthly eCommerce merchandise plan to ensure plan accurately reflects what is needed to achieve the overall sales goals for eCommerce

* Work with the Marketing team to develop eCommerce promotional strategies. Analyze promotional effectiveness and make future recommendations.

* Review and make suggestions to the eCommerce, Merchandising and Marketing team in order to create improvements based on consumer feedback via ratings and reviews, etc.

**Job Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field

* Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with an emphasis in Excel

* 2+ years in Digital/eCommerce Merchandising experience

* Highly functioning analytical/problem solving skills are required along with a high degree of flexibility and creativity.

* Result-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, high degree of detail orientation.

* Self-starter, ability to work independently and at the same time, ability to work closely together with several cross-functional partners.

* Experience in setting and managing to sales and margin goals, as well as the ability to interpret web analytics and optimizing merchandising plan to drive sales

* Experience using online merchandising tools/ eCommerce platforms suggested

* Apparel knowledge/experience suggested
