ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversee and lead a comprehensive Marketing, Sales, Community Relations and Communications team. Build, lead, mentor, and motivate staff, and encourage change and growth in both people and programs. Manage, work effectively with, delegate to, and provide direction and leadership for a team under stringent deadline requirements and competing demands. Plan and implement organizational and divisional administrative and financial strategies and goals, including budget management, operational efficiency, and optimal use of resources. Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Cabinet, and Market Transformation in setting overarching strategic priorities and devising marketing, communications, and public relations programs that support company-wide objectives. Develop and execute innovative branding and marketing strategies (traditional and digital) that positions the company to grow revenue and market share derived from new patients, retention of existing patients and growth in its ancillary service businesses. Develop community outreach programs to increase awareness of the organization’s programs and improve engagement by patients, referring providers, hospitals and other strategic partners. Develop and execute annual and multi-year marketing plans. Develop annual marketing budgets, present them for executive team approval and be accountable for execution of all plans within budget. Develop business case deliverables for executive-level presentations to achieve buy-in for strategic recommendations. Develop, measure and report on key success metrics for the marketing team and the Company. Develop and ensure clients, patients, employees and the market receive a consistent brand message across the Develop innovative on-line marketing strategies to increase Company brand awareness.

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; or commensurate experience the field of marketing, sales and communications showing progressive growth in job titles and achievement. MBA with marketing focus preferred. EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing with demonstrated success in the organization’s growth of market share. KNOWLEDGE Substantial knowledge of envisioning, developing, and implementing a successful and comprehensive marketing, communications, and community relations program across a highly complex organization with multiple constituencies and a wide variety of customers. Strong knowledge of the healthcare services market. Knowledge of medical terminology and payor landscape. Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources. Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes patient needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of web-based strategies as well as social media content development. Significant experience in developing and leading quantifiable marketing campaigns and efforts and demonstrated ability in assessing these efforts utilizing a variety of metrics and key performance indicators.
