Description **Jean-Georges' JoJo Restaurant in the Upper East Side is looking for Bartenders Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY**.

Est. 1991. Jean-Georges' first restaurant, and named after his childhood nickname that his mother would call him, has recently reopened in a duplex townhouse on the Upper East Side, creating a modern and fresh design, yet still maintaining an understated, warm and friendly atmosphere. JoJo is a simple and casual neighborhood friendly restaurant serving a farm to table menu with mostly organic and local ingredients.

**The individual ideally possesses the following qualities:**

* A passion for beverage, wine and service

* Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant

* A beverage background

* A strong sense of urgency

* Superior communication skills (both written and spoken)

* Knowledge of tableside etiquette

* The ability to commit to 2 years or more in a position

* A desire for growth

* Have long term goals in the service industry

* A competitive spirit and a team-player attitude

* A focus on hospitality and guest rapport alongside development of a regular clientele

* A rigorous attention to detail
