Responsibilities - Onsite Position

• Guiding leaders and employees on Company values, policies, and HR programs with consistency and timeliness.

• Partnering with plant management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Must have strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred) for effective communication
• Ability to influence others and make tough decisions with professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics expertise.
