is partnering with a premier level 1 trauma center in Fresno, CA to find a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurology
to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments to evaluate a variety of conditions, including stroke, seizures, brain tumors, and spinal cord injuries.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the neurology team.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses according to physician orders.
Educate patients and their families about their neurological conditions and treatment options.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during challenging times.
Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Neurosurgery RN.
Strong understanding of neurological anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
