Spherion is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent for a insurance office in Wichita Falls, TX To be considered, you must have your insurance license, at least in property and casualty in Texas. The work schedule will start off part time Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm, then work into full time. Pay range is $12.00-$15.00/hr, depending on licenses and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Customer service responsibilities, including communicating with people viaemail, text, and phone call.
- Telemarketing and making cold calls to prospect clients, sending out follow up communications

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Must be excellent at multi-tasking
- Enthusiastic & positive attitude
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Efficient with Technology
- Organized & detail-oriented
- Fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- MUST have Property & Casualty License in Texas
- High school diploma/equivalent required
- Must submit to background check and drug screen
