**Our Shuttle Drivers & Activities Coordinators:**

* Drive vehicles, mini bus (shuttle) to transport residents

* Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensure that passengers follow safety regulations.

* Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions.

* Communicate with dispatchers by radio, telephone, or computer to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.

* Test vehicle equipment, such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation.

* Wear Personal Protective Equipment.

* Arrange to pick up particular resident or groups on a regular schedule.

* Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them with any luggage and or shopping bags.

* Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.

* Notify Property Director of vehicle problems and schedule routine maintenance.

* Report accidents and or incidents to management and complete incident form when necessary.

* Keep vehicle interiors and exterior clean and clear for passengers and sanitize regularly.

* Can on occasion assist the Leasing and Service Team with tasks such as preparing notices to residents and delivering.

* Can on occasion assist Service Team with tasks such as trash pick on property grounds.

* All other duties assigned.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

* Acclimate to the weather especially during the summer months

* Must be able to walk up and down stairs during a 6 hour shift

* Must be able to load and unload from ground to shoulder height and shoulder height to ground

* Must be able to operate lift manually
